Dave will speak to the importance of training and quickly taking action in emergency situations to save lives. While first responders are trained to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible, there are often delays that can have serious consequences. Participants will learn about the steps they can take to provide lifesaving assistance while waiting for professional help to arrive. The talk will be followed by a hands-on training session in CPR and tourniquet application, allowing attendees to gain practical skills that can be used to help others in need.
